We are glad to announce that Friday 21.05.2021 the campsite, hotel, restaurant, swimming pool and wellness centre will reopen! We are preparing to welcome in the enchanting scenery of the Dolomites of Sesto!

If you cancel or change your booking within 15 days before check-in date with a written declaration, you do not have to pay any fee.
In the case of cancellation or changes of your booking in period of less than 15 days before the day of arrival, the deposit paid will be charged.
In case of no-shows, 100% of the agreed price will be charged as a fee.
In case early departure, 100% of the agreed price will be charged as a fee.

Cancellation policy - Treehouses
If you cancel or change your booking within 15 days before check-in date with a written declaration, you do not have to pay any fee.
In the case of cancellation or changes of your booking in period of less than 15 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-snows, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
In case of early departure, 100% of the agreed price will be charged as a fee.

You can cancel your booking within 31 days before check-in date with a written declaration; in this case, you do not have to pay any fee.
If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 4 days before the check- in date, you will have to pay 30% of the overall holiday.
If you cancel your reservation the last 3 days before check-in date, you will be charged with 100% of the holiday period (from check-in to check- out date).
In case of no-shows ("no show") or early departure, the fee is due in full for the entire booking period.
If not all booked beds are occupied or canceled, the percentage only refers to the agreed price for unoccupied or canceled beds.

You will receive an email a few days before your arrival with all the latest information about our resort including the weekly programme and menus.
You can book a table in our restaurant or a treatment in our wellness centre in advance on our website, by sending us an email or contacting us by phone

1. Is it possible to travel to Italy from abroad?

2. Entry requirements from 07.02.2022
Foreign guests who have a convalescence certificate or a vaccination certificate (EMA vaccine), but more than 6 months have passed since the completion of the vaccination cycle or the convalescence, may now use all services for which the Super Green Pass is required in Italy upon presentation of a negative antigen or PCR test, which must not be older than 48 or 72 hours respectively. Thus, these persons are now allowed to be accommodated, to use the lift facilities and to visit pubs and restaurants. For accommodation, the antigen or PCR test must be carried out every 48 or 72 hours.

This regulation also applies to foreign guests who have a Corona vaccination with a vaccine not recognised by the EMA, such as Sputnik.

Persons aged 12 and over who have not been vaccinated or have not recovered are still not allowed to use the services for which the Super Green Pass is required. They are therefore still not allowed to be accommodated.

Foreign guests who have recovered less than 6 months ago or have received the last vaccination dose and therefore have a valid Super Green Pass, however, do not require an additional test for the use of the corresponding services.

Foreign guests who have recovered from a coronavirus infection more than 6 months ago after a completed vaccination cycle also do not need a test.

In the future, the certificates of foreign guests must be checked as follows:
Vaccination or recovery less than 6 months ago:
- Digital COVID certificate of recovery or vaccination (QR code).
- No additional test necessary

Vaccination or recovery more than 6 months ago:
- Certificate showing vaccination or recovery.
- Additional negative antigen or PCR test, which must not be older than 48 or 72 hours, respectively.

They must also complete a Passenger Locator Form. Children under 12 must not provide proof of recovery and/or vaccination.

3. Is quarantine / EU Digital COVID Certificate required when returning from a trip to Italy?
When returning from Italy to the country of permanent residence, guests must also observe the entry regulations applicable in their respective country of permanent residence. Discover more

The rapid antigen test can be booked using the "ApoFarmBZ" app.

Yes, children from 12 years must have the strong EU Digital COVID Certificate - Super Green Pass (vaccinated or recovered).

11. Is one dose of vaccine enough to get the strong EU Digital COVID Certificate?
Yes! The certificate of the first dose of vaccine is equivalent to the strong EU Digital COVID Certificate - Super Green Pass (vaccinated or recovered). 15 days must have passed since the first dose.

General regulations Caravan Park Sexten

Respect the instructions provided by our staff throughout your stay.
Respect the signs, ground signs and the various precautionary communications arranged throughout the structure.
Respect the distance of 1 meter, except for members of the same family.
Wear a nose and mouth protector, preferably a surgical mask or similar, in the interior and exterior of the facility if the minimum distance of 1 meter between people cannot be observed, except for members of the same family,
Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing.
Hygienize your hands with disinfectants provided by the structure every time you enter a closed common area (reception, shop, restaurant, wellness centre, health facilities, etc.).
Notify the reception desk by telephone, without showing up in person, of the possibility of fever exceeding 37.5° or symptoms of Covid-19 during the stay. It will be the responsibility of our staff to inform the competent authority. It will not be possible to leave the room/apartment or camper van and get in touch with people outside your own household until you receive information from our staff.

Always carry disposable gloves and hand sanitizer for personal use.
Wash your hands often and/or sanitize them with disinfectants provided by the facility.
Wash your hands before and after using the toilet.
Wash your hands when you return to your room/apartment or camper van.
Check in online before arriving at the property. The customer will receive a communication by e-mail before arrival in which you can enter your data to avoid queues and crowds at the reception.
Prefer to charge the extra services to the account of the room/pitch in order to make a single payment at check out.

In case of queues to enter, it is mandatory to wait in line, respecting the minimum distance of 1 meter, before being received.
The key/magnetic card of the room/apartment must be kept for the entire stay and returned before departure at check out.
It is obligatory to follow the obligatory route for entry and exit.

In your pitch it is compulsory to wear a nose and mouth protection whenever it is not possible to maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter with people that do not belong to your family.
You can access the rest area accompanied by our staff. If the operator is not present, it is compulsory to park your vehicle in compliance with the signs.

It is mandatory to wait in line, respecting the minimum distance of 1 meter, before being accompanied to the table.
It is mandatory to wear a nose and mouth protection when getting up from the table for any reason/need.
It is mandatory to follow the obligatory route to the entrance and exit.

It is mandatory to be subjected to temperature measurement before treatment.
It is mandatory to wear the surgical mask before, during and after treatment, except for facial treatments.
It is mandatory to wear disposable gloves during treatment, except for hand treatment.
It is mandatory to keep a distance of 1 meter in the swimming pool area. Do not wear the mask in the pool.
It is mandatory to keep a distance of 2 metres in the wellness centre and saunas. Do not wear the mask in the sauna.
We do not accept reservations for access to the sauna and pool area.

It is mandatory to respect the quota entry.
In case of queues to enter, it is mandatory to wait in line, respecting the minimum distance of 1 meter.
It is mandatory to enter with a nose and mouth protection, preferably a surgical mask or similar, and wear disposable gloves.
